Education Qualification : A candidate must be a citizen of india as defined in Articles 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India and must be a holder of Degree in Law of a recognized University.
Experience : Advocates who are not less than 35 years and not more than 45 years of age (in case of General Candidates) and 48 years of age (in case of Scheduled Casts and Scheduled Tribes candidates) as on the fifteenth day from the date of publication of the advertisement and having not less than 7 years of practice as on Advocate in the courts of Civil and Criminal jurisdiction as on the fifteenth day from the date of publication of the advertisement.
Pay Scale : Rs.51550-1230-58930-1380-63070 per month + other allowances as admissible under the Rules (approx. total monthly emolument will be Rs.78847/-).
