Job Description:
* Back end/Non-Voice Process
* Prepare Processing Documentation for various processes (US Benefits-Plans).
* Responsible for ongoing delivery of quality services.
* Maintain documentation of SOP and operating instructions.
Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
Desired Candidate Profile :
* Any UG/PG (Result Awaiting also considered) 2010-2011 Batch.
* Good knowledge in MS Excel
* Good Communication Skill.
* Willing to work in night shifts.
Job Location : Noida
Pay scale :
* Training period stipend: 5000/-per month +cab Facility (Pick& Drop).
* After 6months& Clearing assessment: 12,000/-per month + incentives.
