HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL) commenced its journey to serve the Nation in the area of healthcare, on 1^st March 1966, with its incorporation as a corporate entity under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. HLL was set up in the natural rubber rich state of Kerala, for the production of male contraceptive sheaths for the National Family Welfare Programme. HLL commenced commercial operations on 5th April 1969 at Peroorkada in Thiruvananthapuram (formerly Trivandrum). The Plant was established in technical collaboration with M/s Okamoto Industries Inc. Japan.

Two most modern Plants were added, one at Thiruvananthapuram and the other at Belgaum in 1985. Another Plant was added in the early nineties at Aakkulam in Thiruvananthapuram for the production of Blood Transfusion Bags, Copper T IUD’s, Surgical Sutures and Hydrocephalus Shunt.

HLL has grown today into a multi-product, multi-unit organization addressing various public health challenges facing humanity.

HLL Lifecare Limited, a Mini Ratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India looks out for personnel for Training under its Training & Development Scheme as given below to enable them to seek eventual employment elsewhere.

Job Role : Graduate Trainee, GRADUATE TRAINEES (PHYSICS / CHEMISTRY / MATHEMATICS)

Educational Qualification :
Graduate in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics with minimum 60% marks (OVER QUALIFIED CANDIDATES NEED NOT APPLY)

Stipend:

1st year - Rs.4000/- p.m.
2nd year - Rs.5000/- p.m.
3rd year - Rs.6000/- p.m.

Last Date : 5 March 2012

General conditions

a) Reservation as per Govt. of India Rules

b) Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.

c) Those who are short listed by the Company alone will be called for the Test / Interview or both.

d) The above training will not confer on them any claim as of right or otherwise for consideration for regular employment in the Company.

e) The training will be for a period of 3 years only which could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without assigning any reason what so ever.

f) The training will mostly be in the manufacturing units/Offices of the Company in Thiruvananthapuram.

g) Those who have undergone training once, in the Company under this scheme are not eligible to apply.
