Educational Qualification :
Officer Middle Management Scale III- Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Vaterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in any Bank or Financial Institutions.
Officer Middle Management Scale II-
(a) Law Officer - Degree from a recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a
minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Experience: Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or
Financial Institutions for a period not less than two years.
(b) Treasury Officer – Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from
reputed institute.
Experience : One year
(c) Marketing Officer – MBA in Marketing from any reputed Institute
Experience : One year
(d) Agriculture Officer - Degree from a recognized University in any discipline in
Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Vaterinary Science,
Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture or its equivalent, with a minimum of 50% marks in
aggregate.
Experience : Two year
(e) Chartered Accountants-
Experience : One year
(f) Information Technology- Degree from a recognized University in Electronics/
Communication/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent with a
minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Desirable Experience : Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.

(g) General Banking Officer- Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Vaterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.

(b) Proficiency in Hindi language, whereas knowledge of English language is also necessary.
(c) Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.
