Job Role : 

1.Inspector  of  factories  (medical)  in  West  Bengal  factories Service under labour department - four (one each reserved for sc & st candidates.). Women unsuitable.

Educational Qualification : 

(i) Medical qualification included in First or Second schedule or Part-II of Third schedule  to  Indian  Medical  Council  Act,  1956  and  Registration  as  Medical  Practitioner  in West Bengal.
(ii) Diploma in Industrial Health/ Public Health.  

Age Limit : Not  more  than  35  years  on  01.01.2012,  relaxable  for  otherwise  well-qualified  and
experienced candidates. 

Pay Scale : Rs.15,600/- – Rs.42,000/- plus Grade Pay Rs.6,600/-.

2.Veterinary  officer  in  block  animal  health  center  anddditional  block  animal  health  centre  in  west  bengal  animal Husbandry  and  veterinary  services  under  animal  resources Development  department  –  one  hundred  (twenty  nine  reservedFor sc, eight reserved for st, ten reserved for obc category – ‘a’,Eleven  reserved  for  obc  category  –  ‘b’  candidates  and  five Reserved for persons with disabilities).

Educational Qualification : 

(i) Degree  in  Veterinary  Science  and  Animal  Husbandry  (B.  V.  Sc.  &  A.H.)  or Veterinary  Science  (B.,V.  Sc.)  from  a  recognized  University/  Institute  or  any  other qualification as mentioned in the First and Second Schedule of the Indian Veterinary council Act. 1984 (52 of 1984).
(ii) Registration  with  a  Veterinary  Council  established  under  any  statute  of  the  State government or the Government of India. 

Age Limit : Not  more  than  32  years  on  01.01.2012,  relaxable  by 5  years  for  

(i)  Specially  well-qualified candidates, or 

(ii) persons already in service of Government or a statutory body or a recognized Institution.

Pay Scale : Rs.15,600/-  –  Rs.42,000/-  plus  Grade  Pay  Rs.5,400/-.

3.Assistant  engineer  (electrical)  in  the  west  bengal  service of  engineers  (electrical)  under  public  works  department  -  ten (one each reserved for sc & obc category – ‘a’ and four reserved For st candidates.)

Educational Qualification : Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 

Age Limit : Not  more  than  32  years  on  01.01.2012,  relaxable  for  those  who  have  been in the employ of the Central or State Government or any statutory body recognized for the purpose by Government and who are not out of such employment for more than a year on 01.01.2012
upto the extent of actual period spent continuously in such employment.
