Candidate Profile:
The candidate should be B.E/B.Tech graduate from any
recognized university.
Must have good command over English Fluency, Vocabulary
and pronunciation.
Ability to understand the basic hardware parts and aware
of basic hardware concepts.
Should have the user level familiarity with atleast one
e-mail clients-Outlook,Notes etc.
Should have good questioning skills/probing skills, as
relevant to the issue and level of the caller.
The candidate should not have any backlogs.
