Qualification: A Graduate, pursuing Company Secretaryship Course and passed out the Intermediate level

Relevant Experience: Since this is an Intern 0-1 year Industrial experience is sufficient.

Job Description : Assist in the maintenance of Statutory Books and other documents including Board and General Meeting Papers, Filings under Company Law, Tax Laws and all other applicbale labour laws

Assist in preparation of files, papers, documents and responses as and when required under Comapny Law, Tax Laws and other applicable laws

Assist in maintenance of all the compliance under corporate & other applicable laws

Assist in planning, documentation and implementation of internal control processes (under Indian GAAP & US GAAP)

Assist in planning and implementing General policies of the Company

Assist in preparing and filing application for compliance permission for operations

Assist in preparing and implementaion of all compleinace norms under Fire & Safety policy, Pollution control and other general compliances

Assist in all other functional requirement under Finance function
