Good communication skills (English – written and spoken).Good analytical and logical ability.Graduate/Post Graduate, preferably with commerce background and good Academic scores.Ability to analyze processes and work out logical solutions.Positive attitude and out of the box thinking.Working knowledge of Internet and Email Clients (MS Outlook).Detailed working knowledge of MS Office with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel.Job Description :
Entering checks received from clients into accounting system and making sure that they are applied to the right client. Implementing contracts received from sales team in our files  to allow for timely billing.Charging and Reconciling credit cards charged every day to ensure quality control.Creating Invoices using MS Office Tools and sending them to Respective Customers
