Selection Process - Candidate’s
selection will be based on the written
test and Interview.
Examination Fee -
Candidates need to pay Rs. 700/- for unreserved category and Rs. 400/- for
reserved category candidates in form of Demand Draft which will be deposited at
any nationalized bank payable at Raipur.

application form from www.health.cg.gov.in for registration. Fill form in
proper manner and attached all require documents with affixed pass port size
photograph. After registration selected candidates must attend interview
