1. University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
2. Web interface development experience using JSP/JavaScript/DHTML/Struts.
3. Proficient in web presentation technologies, especially AJAX (Dojo, DWR), XHTML, XML, XSL, XSLT,CSS, and cross-browser compatibility
4. Hands on experience in using YUI/Dojo/ExtJS for web based application development.
5. Background in usability design, interface design, and IA is a plus
6. Working Knowledge of product development life cycle from initial concept, design, development to deployment
7. Knowledge of Networking fundamentals is mandatory.
8. Exposure to data networking protocols like VLANs, OSPF and VoIP concepts is a plus.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
10. Strong work ethic with a high-level of professionalism and integrity
11. Energetic, Enthusiastic and highly self driven with a "Can Do" attitude
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
