Uttar pradesh basic siksha parishad now published the notification / advertisement for return old application form fee of  72825 Bed Trainee Primary teacher Recruitment 2011- 2012 . 

DIET Allahabad Published Notification in Dainik Jagran of 16 January 2013 regarding old advertisement fee. According to this notification they mentioned:

After cancellation of old advertisement of up primary teacher recruitment, UP government decided to return application form fee. Notification of previous vacancy was published in various news paper of date 1 December 2011. 

Government ordered that they will return to fee colleted from Demand From. So those candidates who made a Demand Draft (DD) for Prashikshu Sikshak 2011 – jila shiksha avam prashikshan sansthan Allahabad and send it to prachary Allahabad DIET are required to intimate this notification. Just contact to Allahabad Diet Regarding DD made in favor of Allahabad DIET within 15 days. You can contact to diet with personally or via POST. 

Following Document are required for application form fee withdraw 

 
Photo Copy of old Application form of Trainee Teacher Recruitment 2011
Photo Copy of of Demand Draft DD
Identity proof like Pan Card Voter Card
One Envelop with pasted registry Postal ticket with your address

Application form fee will not return in from of CASH. Diet will only return fee in form of Banker Check / DD / Check on your mentioned address in envelop.
