The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has announced the IPU Common Entrance Test 2013 for admissions to the Undergraduate courses in Engineering at the university and its affiliated institutions for 2013-14.

IPU CET 2013 Eligibility :

B.Tech

• Must have passed 10+2 pattern (CBSE or equivalent ) with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics 
• Must have passed each subject individually
• Must have passed English as a subject
• Must not be more than 21 years at the time of admission

Note: For Biotechnology, the subjects will be Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.

B.Arch:

• Must have passed in 10 + 2 (CBSE or equivalent) with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks 
• Must have a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics as a subject
  OR
• A 10+3 years diploma  (Architecture) recognized by the Central Govt / State Govt.
• Must have a valid score in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture)

IPU CET 2013 Application Procedure :

By Cash: Obtain Application Form with Brochure on cash payment of Rs 1000 from selected branches of Indian Bank
OR
By Post : Obtain the Application from with brochure through registered/speed post from the Joint Registrar (Admissions), Administrative Block, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Sector-16C, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078 by sending a Demand Draft of Rs.1100 drawn in favour of Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, payable at Delhi.

Online : Apply Online at the university website From March 1, 2013

Send the duly filled in application form in person at the University counter or by Registered/Speed Post
