Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has Released a Notification for the recruitment of Field Engineer, Filed Supervisor Job Vacancies with 160 Number of Vacancies for the year 2013.

POWERGRID is on look out of young and bright experienced professionals for  engagement  purely on temporary (Contractual) basis  with consolidated remuneration  for a period of  24 months  or till completion of project whichever is earlier  for execution of NOFN  consultancy  Project in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Job Role : 
1. Field Engineer : 52.
2. Field Supervisor : 108.

Number of Vacancies : 160.

Educational Qualification
For Field Engineer : B.E/ B.Tech/ B.SC(Engg)/ AMIE in Electronics & Communication  Engineering discipline from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks.

For Field Supervisor : Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering
from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks.

Age Limit : Upper Age Limit as on 28.02.2013 is 29 years.

Pay Scale : For Field Engineer Rs.30,000/- for 1st year and Rs.33,000/- for 2nd year.
For Field Supervisor Rs.23,000/- for 1st year and Rs.25,500/- for 2nd year..

Application Fee : A Non-refundable Fee of Rs.200/- for Field Engineer and Rs.100/- for Field Supervisor. 

Application fee is to be paid in form of A/c  Payee Demand Draft in favour of “POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD” Payable at Hyderabad (Preferably drawn on State Bank of Hyderabad). Application fee is not refundable for any reason whatsoever.

Note: SC/ST/ PwD / Ex-SM candidates are exempted from the above mentioned application fee. 

Selection Process : The selection will be on the basis of Personal Interview..

Interested eligible candidates should send their applications completed in all respects in the prescribed proforma alongwith non-refundable application fees as mentioned above in form of A/c Payee Demand Draft and/or attested copy of Caste (SC/ST/OBC-NCL)/ Disability (PwD)/Discharge (Ex-SM) certificate, as applicable, Qualification certificate, Date of birth certificate and experience certificate to the following address super scribing the envelop with “ Application for the Post of ……………”Post code…….” In POWERGRID, SRTS-I by ORDINARY POST only.
