Uttar pradesh public service commission decided to invite application form for combined state upper subordinate examination through online only. If you are now aware with basic computer knowledge then try to learn computer. For all competitive examination uppsc only invite online application form. Candidates can only apply through online at up psc portal. 

Trends of Starting of online application form submission will start , from up pcs 2013. Online application form submission for UP PCS 2013 will be start from 23 march 2013. For that advertisement / notification has been send. Up public service commission for this since last two years. 

For helping of the candidates commission decided to open a computer center in from of commission building Allahabad. But due to protest of competitor commission yet not started inviting online form process. 

Previously commission provides facility to fill online as well as offline through speed post or direct submission in commission. How ever many thousands form every year has been rejected due to wrong data entry. Jut like this any other /ssc bank / railway / civil service examination facing such type of problem of wrong data entry via online.

Advertisement format for PCS 2013 has been prepared. Its expected that advertisement cum notification of up upper subordinate will be publish in employment news / rozgar samachar of 23 march edition. Candidates can apply only online through official website. 

Application form for fourth coming all examination will be only invited through online. Pattern of 2013 will retain like previous year pattern and syllabus
