Job Description
Kerala High court has issued notification for the recruitment of 74 Munsiff- Magistrate (General) and 07 Munsiff-Magistrate on N.C.A vacancies in the Kerala Judicial Service. Eligible candidates can send their applications on or before 22-04-2013.

Job Role : 
1. Munsiff-Magistrate (General): 74 Posts
2. Munsiff-Magistrate on N.C.A (1st Re- Notification):
i. Hindu Nadars: 01 Post
ii. Scheduled Tribes: 01 Post
iii. Latin Catholics & Anglo Indians: 01 post
iv. Muslims: 02 Posts
3. Munsiff-Magistrate on N.C.A (3rd Re-Notification):
i. SIUC Nadars: 01 Post.
ii. Scheduled Tribes: 01 Post.

 Number of Vacancies : 81.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate.
Age Limit
Candidates age limit should not exceed 35 years as on 01-01-2013 for Post No.1, Upper age limit should not exceed 38 years as on 01-01-2013 and 40 years for the Scheduled Tribes community candidates for Post No.2 &3. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Application Fee
Candidates should pay a fee of Rs.1000/- in the form of demand draft drawn on Stat Bank of India in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Kerala payable at Ernakulam. No fee is payable in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes and unemployed Physically Handicapped candidates. Demand Draft should not be dated before 21-03-2013 and after 22-04-2013.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on the performance in preliminary examination, main examination and in viva-voice.

Eligible candidates can apply through the application form in the A4 size paper in the prescribed format downloaded from the website www.hckrecruitment.nic.in , fill it and  affix the passport size photograph on the application, admission ticket and attendance slip and sign across them and attach the demand draft and copies of testimonials/certificates. Send the applications by super scribing the cover as “Application for the post of  Munsiff-Magistrate in the Kerala Judicial Service-2013”,
