MICA.AC.IN MICAT ENTRANCE EXAM RESULTS | MICAT RESULTS 2013 NOTIFICATION

Conducted by Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA), Ahmedabad, MICAT is a written exam for admissions into Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Communications) program offered by the institute. MICAT 2013 is scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, March 3, 2013.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree (in keeping with the 10 + 2 + 3 system) with minimum 50% marks, or an equivalent qualification in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
• Candidates appearing for final examinations towards a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply.
• Candidates who demonstrate aptitude for expressing, assessing, or conceiving ideas that move people to action and achieve business results tend to stand a better chance of being shortlisted.
• Candidates should apply to MICA through scores of CAT 2012 / XAT 2013 / GMAT (December 31, 2007or later)

Exam pattern:

A two hour paper, MICAT is divided over 2 parts - Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 consists of multiple choice questions based on Reasoning and General Awareness while Paper 2 is designed to test the written ability of the candidates.

Test Centers:

Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai.

Note : MICA reserves the right to withdraw or introduce MICAT centers

After appearing for MICAT 2013, students will be invited for Group Exercise and Personal Interview to MICA campus, Ahmadabad based on their performance in MICAT and CAT/XAT/GMAT. Quantitative and Verbal sections from CAT/XAT/GMAT will be given 20% weightage each.

Last Date for Issue of Application Forms : Tuesday, January 29, 2013.

 

Last Date for receipt of completed Application Forms : Friday, February 1, 2013.

Issue of MICAT Call Letters : February 2013.

Date of MICAT exam : Sunday, March 3, 2013.

Group Exercise and Personal Interview : March/April 2013.

Declaration of results : April, 2013.
