Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites application for the
recruitment of 91 various vacancies under Ministry of Agriculture,
Ministry of Defence & Ministry of Labour and Employment. Eligible
candidates may apply through online on or before 28-03-2013.

1. Marketing Officer (Group–I) (Survey, Training Quality Control): 69
2. Junior Research Officer (Indonesian): 01 post
3. Junior Research Officer (Chinese): 02 posts
4. Administrative Officer Grade-II: 05 posts
5. Chemical Examiner Grade-II: 03 posts
6. Investigator Grade-I: 08 posts
7. Assistant Town and Country Planner: 03 posts
2. Junior Research Officer (Indonesian): 01 post
3. Junior Research Officer (Chinese): 02 posts
4. Administrative Officer Grade-II: 05 posts
5. Chemical Examiner Grade-II: 03 posts
6. Investigator Grade-I: 08 posts
7. Assistant Town and Country Planner: 03 posts
Age Limit:
General
Candidate age must not exceed 30 years for Sr. No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 posts,
35 years for general candidates for Sr. No. 5, 7 posts. Age Relaxations
will be extended as per the rules.
Educational qualification:
Candidates must possess Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Botany or
Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Marketing or Economics or
Commerce with Economics from a recognized University, Master’s Degree in
Mathematics/ Statistics for Sr. no. 2, 3 posts, Degree of a recognized
university along with PG Degree in Personnel Management or Human
Resource Management for Sr. No. 4 posts, Master’s Degree in Chemistry
for Sr. No. 5 posts, PG Degree in Economics/ applied Economics/ Business
Economics/ Econometrics for Sr. No. 6 posts & PG Degree in Town or
City or Urban or Housing or Country or Rural or Infrastructure or
Regional or Transport or Environmental Planning for Sr. No. 7 posts.
Application Fee:
Candidates pay Rs-25/- in the form of Cash in any branch of SBI or by
using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master
credit/debit card. No fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ Women candidates.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of recruitment test and interview.
How to Apply:
Eligible
candidates can apply through online Recruitment application mode from
the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in on or before 28-03-2013. Fill
the application and send it along with necessary documents

Instructions for Online Application:
1. Candidates should upload their scanned photo and signature.
2. Log on to www.upsconline.nic.in.
3. Select on ‘Online Recruitment Application for Various Recruitment posts.
4. Clicking ‘apply now’, if Candidate is already registered at Online Recruitment Application (ORA) website of UPSC, required to enter their Registration ID and password.
5. If Candidate is not registered, register ORA website of UPSC first by clicking “New Registration”.
6. Fill all marked details carefully and submit the Application on or before 28-03-2013.
7. After submission of application, take a print out of the copy and send it along with all relevant documents to the Joint Secretary (Recruitment), Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069 on or before 11-04-2013.
