Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Service Selection Board has issued notification for recruitment of 8552 various vacancies in different state Government Departments in respect of State Cadre, Divisional Cadre and District Cadres. Eligible J&K State residents can apply through OMR on or before 31-03-2013.

A. JKSSB Advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2013 Vacancy Details:

Number of Vacancies: 520
Job Role
1. State Cadre: 91 posts
2. Divisional Cadre Kashmir: 156 posts
3. Divisional Cadre Jammu: 175 posts
4. District Cadre: 98
Age Limit: 
Candidates age must be between 18 to 37 years as on 01-01-2013. Age relaxations will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: 
Candidates must possess Matric/ 10+2/ Graduation/ Diploma in Engg/ M.Sc/ M.F.Sc in relevant subjects, certificate course in Computer application,  driving licence, Draftsman Training Course certificate, knowledge of Typing, Shorthand.
Application Forms: 
The application form in OMR/OBR/ICR format along with the Envelops, Sample Dummy Form, Acknowledgement Card and the Instruction Sheet shall be available at branches of J&K Bank Ltd. for sale 01-03-2013 at Rs200/- per OMR form.
Selection Process: 
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test/ interview.
How to Apply: 
Candidates are required to submit photocopy of duly filled in OMR application form along with a set of the requisite certificates, experience wherever prescribed. The duly filled in application form shall be deposited either in person or by registered post at the address mentioned in the notification on or before 31-03-2013.
