Job Description
  • Keeping track of calls, arranging conference calls.
  • Handling fax machine.
  • Attending Incoming and Outgoing calls.
  • Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately.
  • Handling all couriers documents for Incoming and Outgoing.
  • Responding to emails on Priority for various actions.
  • Preparing Telegram Messages, Greeting card labels and sending to concerned addresses.
Candidate Profile 
  • Preferably Married Female.
  • Good Communication.
  • Good looking & Pleasing personality.
  • Languages: Telugu, Hindi, English.
  • Qualification any Graduate.
