All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar has issued notification for the recruitment of the 118 Faculty positions i.e Professor, Additional Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor vacancies. Eligible candidates can send their applications on or before 29-07-2013. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process and how to apply are given below…
AIIMS Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Posts: 118 Names of the Posts:
1. Professor: 20 Posts
2. Additional Professor: 19 posts
3. Associate Professor: 31 Posts
4. Assistant Professor: 48 Posts
Age Limit: 
Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 50 years for Assistant Professor and Associate Professor and 58 years for Additional Professor and Professor. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: 
Candidates should possess Postgraduate qualification of M.D/M.S/Ph.D/ D.M/ M.Ch in relevant speciality from the Indian University or equivalent degree recognized as such by the Medical/Dental Council of India. The candidate must be registered with the state/Central Medical/Dental Council of India.
  Selection Process: 
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in interview.
Application Fee: 
 Candidates should pay the application fees of Rs.1000/- (Rs.300/- for SC/ST candidates) to be made by means of a Demand Draft drawn in favor of AIIMS Bhubaneswar payable at Bhubaneswar or payment can be made on-line/NEFT. Other Instruments of payment may be used, Account details: Bank of India, AIIMS Bhubaneswar Branch, Account No 557820110000006, IFSC code BKID0005578. This fee once remitted will not be refunded.
How to Apply: 
Eligible candidates can apply online through the website at www.aiimsbhubaneswar.edu.in from 29-06-2013 on or before 29-07-2013 by 05:00 PM. After submission of online application take the print out of the application form along with photocopies of all relevant certificates and originals must be brought at the time of interview.
Important Dates:
Starting Date for Submission of Online Application: 29-06-2013 Last date for Submission of Online Application: 29-07-2013 up to 05:00 PM.
