Border Security Force (BSF) is inviting applications from male & female Indian citizens belonging to General, Scheduled Castes , Scheduled Tribes and other backward classes for the post of ASI(RM), HC(RO) and HC(Fitter) in BSF Comn Set-up. Age Limit: Candidates
age limit should be between 18 years and 25 years for General Category,
between 18 years and 28 years for OBC Category and should be between 18
years and 30 years for SC & ST Category. Age limit should be
reckoned as on 30-09-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the
rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Matric with 3 year Diploma in Radio and TV
Technology or Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer or Electrical
or Mechanical Engineering or Domestic Appliances from any institution
recognized by the Central Government or State Government for Post No.1,
Matriculation or equivalent and two year Industrial Training Institute
Certificate in Radio and TV or Electronics for Post No.2 and
Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution and
two years Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Engine Fitter or
Diesel Mechanic or Automobile or Motor Mechanic from an institution
recognized by State or Central Government for Post No.3.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on Written Examination, Preliminary
screening, Physical Measurement, Physical Efficiency Test,
Documentation, Dictation test for HC(RO), Interview and Medical
Examination.
Examination Fee:
Candidates have to pay the crossed Bank Draft /Indian Postal Order for
Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty) only for General and OBC candidates as the
examination fee in favour of the Inspector General/ DIG/ Comdt to whom
the application is addressed payable at respective SBI/post office .
However the SC/ST & BSF serving personnel and female candidates of
all categories are not required to submit examination fee.
How to Apply: Eligible
candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along
with fee receipt, self-attested photo copies of educational
qualifications and date of birth, three recent passport size
photographs, attested copy of Valid Caste certificate, etc and two
self-addressed envelopes of 25×12 cms size with full postal address duly
affixed stamps of Rs. 27/- on each enclosed in an envelope super
scribed with “Application for the Post of ASI/RM and HC (RO)/HC/Fitter
should reach to the concerned recruitment center as mentioned in
notification on or before 30-09-2013.
Last Date for Receipt of Applications: 30-09-2013.

BSF Recruitment 2013 Sub Inspector/ Jr Engineer (Electrical) Posts
Border Security Force (BSF) has issued notification for recruitment of
the 28 Sub-Inspector/ Junior Engineer (Electrical) in BSF Set up for the
year -2013. Eligible candidates can send their applications with in 30
days from the date of publication of advertisement. Other details like

Age Limit: Candidates
upper age limit should not exceed 30 years as on last date of receipt of
application. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering
from an institute recognized by the central or State Government.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written
examination, documentation, physical standard test, physical efficiency
test, practical test, interview and medical examination.
Examination Fee:
Candidates have to pay the Demand Draft /Indian Postal Order for Rs.
50/- (Rupees fifty) as the examination fee in favour of the addressee to
whom the application is addressed, payable at respective SBI/post
office at the location or nearby station. However, fee is exempted for
all women candidates and candidates belonging to scheduled caste,
scheduled tribe, BSF candidates and Ex-servicemen.
How to Apply: Eligible

with examination fee receipt, attested photo copies of educational
qualifications and date of birth, three recent passport size
photographs, attested copy of caste certificate, etc and two
self-addressed envelopes of 25×12 cms size with full postal address duly
affixed postage stamps of Rs.39/- on each enclosed in an envelope super
scribed with “Application for Recruitment of sub-Inspector/Junior
Engineer (Electrical) in BSF Engg Set up-2013, should reach to the
concerned recruitment center nearest to the candidate as mentioned in
notification with in 30 days from the date of publication of
advertisement in the employment news and candidates belongs to far flung
areas may send their applications with 45 days from the date of
publication of advertisement in the employment news.
