CHIKMAGALUR KODAGU GRAMEENA BANK

Organization Description : Established in the year of 1984 under the RRB Act1976. The Bank is named after the Districts Chikmagalur and Kodagu where the operational network is spread. The Bank is sponsored by the Corporation Bank a premier public sector Bank. The Bank has its Head Office at Chikmagalur, Karnataka State.

The Bank has a net work of 52 branches i.e. 34 branches in Chikmagalur and 18 in Kodaug Districts, with dedicated work force. The Chairman and two Directors each nominated by Govt. of India. Sponsor Bank and Govt. of Karnataka and one Director each nominated by NABARD and RBI, head the Banks's Management. 

Job Introduction :  Chikmagalur­Kodagu Grameena Bank invites applications from Indian Citizens, for the posts in Officer Middle
Management Grade (Scale­II), Officer Junior Management Grade (Scale­I)  and Office Assistant (Multipurpose).

Job Role :

1. Officer MMG  Scale­II– Group “A”

Pay scale : 19400­700/1­20100­800/10­28100.

Educational Qualification : Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in
aggregate.
Preference will be given tocandidates having degree/ diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing,
Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Psciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co­Operation,
Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Experience:­ Two years as an officer in Bank or Financial Institution.

2. Officer JMG Scale­I  – Group ­“A”

Pay scale : 14500­600/7­18700­700/2­20100­800/7­25700.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent.
Preference will be given to the Candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal
Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agriculture Marketing and Co­ operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Proficiency in Kannada i.e., reading, Writing and speaking is essential.
Computer Knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.

3. Office Assistant (Multipurpose) ­ Group­“B”

Pay scale : 7200­400/3­8400­500/3­9900­600/4­12300­700/7­17200­1300/1­ 18500­800/1­19300.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognized University in any discipline.
Essential: Proficiency in Kannada i.e., reading, writing and speaking is essential
Knowledge of Computer skills is desirable.
