Job Role : 

1.Registrar

Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000/- with Grade Pay of Rs.8900/-

Age Limit : Not more than 50 years as on 18th June 2012 (Age relaxation as per Govt. of India norms shall be applicable). 

Educational Qualification and Experience : 

For Direct Recruitment:

• LLM with 19 years experience
  or
• Two years full time MBA/PG in Mass Communication / LLB or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 22 years relevant experience

For Transfer (Absorption):

In case of Transfer (Absorption) of officers of the Central / State Govt./PSUs/ Autonomous bodies:

• holding analogous posts on regular basis
  or
• having 5 years of regular service in the Pay Band (PB-4) 37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.8700
  and
Possessing the qualification prescribed for Direct Recruitment

 2.Joint Director(HRD)

Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000/- with Grade Pay of Rs.8900/-

Age Limit : Not more than 45 years as on 18th June 2012 (Age relaxation as per Govt. of India norms shall be applicable). 

Educational Qualification and Experience : 

For Direct Recruitment:

• LLM with 14 years experience
  or
• Two years full time MBA/PG in Mass Communication / LLB or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 17 years relevant experience

For Transfer (Absorption):

In case of Transfer (Absorption) of officers of the Central / State Govt./PSUs/ Autonomous bodies:

• holding analogous posts on regular basis
  or
• having 5 years of regular service in the Pay Band (PB-3) 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.7600
  and
  Possessing the qualification prescribed for Direct Recruitment

3.Officer On Special Duty (OSD)

Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.7600/-.

Age Limit : Not more than 37 years as on 18th June 2012 (Age relaxation as per Govt. of India norms shall be applicable). 

Educational Qualification and Experience :  

For Direct Recruitment:

• 1st class B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A/ or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 7 years experience
  OR
• Postgraduate in Engineering / Technology in relevant discipline with 5 years experience
  OR
• Ph. D with 4 years relevant experience

For Transfer (Absorption):

In case of Transfer (Absorption) of S&T officers of the Central / State Govt./PSUs/ Autonomous bodies:

• holding analogous posts on regular basis
  or
• having 4 years of regular service in the Pay Band (PB-3) 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600
  and
  Possessing the qualification prescribed for Direct Recruitment
