Minimum Graduate in any stream with good academic track record.Management graduates will be a plus.Previous work experience in the IT/BPO/KPO industry is desirable. Ready to work in shifts.Job Description:
Review default appraisals, broker price opinion (BPO) covering all residential property types. Perform quality control of default appraisals and BPO.Assess performance of certified / licensed appraisers and brokers.
Communicate with the vendors wherever required.Handle all rebuttals with respect to default appraisals, BPOs from clients.Follow-up with appraisers and brokers for undelivered or late orders.Inform management of appraisal and BPO quality trends.Proactively suggest process improvements.
