Desired Candidate Profile and Job Description:

State Farms Corporation of India Limited under the Administrative control of Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture & Cooperation is an apex body engaged in the production of quality seeds and distribution, invites applications from Indian Nationals for filling up the following posts on direct recruitment basis :-

1. Management Trainee (Human Resource Management) Consolidated stipend including DA during training period  @ Rs. 27,437/- per month One year training.  Consolidated stipend of Rs. 27,437/- P.M. (Basic Pay Rs. 16,400/- & DA-11037/-) during training period plus HRA or single seated accommodation depending upon the place of posting.  
 
Scale of pay on absorption :- Rs. 16,400-40,500/-03UR-01OBC-01SC-0130 years for UR33 years for OBC35 years for SC
 
2. Management Trainee (Engg) Consolidated stipend including DA during training period  @ Rs. 27,437/- per month One year training.  Consolidated stipend of Rs. 27,437/- P.M. (Basic Pay Rs. 16,400/- & DA-11037/-) during training period plus HRA or single seated accommodation depending upon the place of posting.  
 
Scale of pay on absorption :- Rs. 16,400-40,500/-02 OBC-01ST-0133 years for OBC35 years for ST
 
3. Management Trainee (Civil Engg) Consolidated stipend including DA during training period  @ Rs. 27,437/- per month One year training.  Consolidated stipend of Rs. 27,437/- P.M. (Basic Pay Rs. 16,400/- & DA-11037/-) during training period plus HRA or single seated accommodation depending upon the place of posting.

4. Management Trainee (Finance) Consolidated stipend including DA during training period  @ Rs. 27,437/- per month One year training.  Consolidated stipend of Rs. 27,437/- P.M. (Basic Pay Rs. 16,400/- & DA-11037/-) during training period plus HRA or single seated accommodation depending upon the place of posting.

Education Qualifications :

Management Trainee (HRM) :  Two years full time P.G Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/HR Management or 02 years full time MBA (HRM) from recognized University /Institution with minimum 60 % marks.
 
Management Trainee (Engg) :  B.E/B.Tech (Agri Engg) from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.
 
Management Trainee (Civil Engg) : B.E/B.Tech (Civil Engg) from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.
 
Management Trainee (Finance) : Pass in CA/ICWA OR 2 years full time MBA with specialization in Finance from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.
 
Terms and Conditions for Management Trainees :

On successful completion of training period of one year and satisfactory performance during the training and personal interview, the trainees may be considered for absorption as Assistant Manager in respective discipline in the scale of Pay of Rs. 16400-40500/-. 
 
Selected candidates have to execute a bond of surety for Rs. 80,000/- (Rs. 20,000/- for SC/ST) to the Corporation on non judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- to serve the company for a minimum period of three (3) years after successful completion of training on absorption. 
 
Trainees not absorbed by the Corporation will be given a certificate on completion of training without any obligation on the part of Corporation for future absorption.

The origin of State Farms Corporation of India Limited (SFCI) goes back to 1956 when first mechanized farm was established in the Thar Desert of Rajasthan with the machinery gifted by erstwhile USSR on the eve of the visit of Marshal Bulganin. While inaugurating the first farm at Suratgarh in 1956, the first Prime Minister of India Late Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru called it a  SYMBOL OF RESURGENT INDIA. Subsequently, late Mrs. Indira Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India remarked,  the Suratgarh farm has shown us how human will and scientific ingenuity can make desert bloom.
